Maggie’s Booking Form

A few important bullet points to read:

  • Maggie is an APPRENTICE.

  • Tattoos are priced by size and apprentice rate.

  • Once Maggie receives your booking form she will reach out via email to book your appointment.

  • A 50$ deposit is required to schedule your tattoo appointment date.

  • If you must cancel or reschedule for ANY reason, it must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment day or you will be asked to place another deposit to reschedule.
